These terms cover Low Tide, this website, and the related API, run by Night Gallery Games ("we", "us"). Using the Services means you agree to them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or exploit the Services except where the law allows it.

Optional purchases

The story can be finished without a purchase. The shop may offer a hint pack, a puzzle skip, or a cosmetic frame. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat process those payments under their own terms. Refunds go through the store, not through this site.

Progress

Sync uses a player identifier. You are responsible for the devices you play on. We may suspend access that threatens the service or breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to disrupt or overload the Services
• Do not bypass purchase checks unlawfully
• Do not send abusive or unlawful messages through support

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free play.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Night Gallery Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
