Privacy Policy

Night Gallery Games ("we", "us") makes Low Tide. This policy covers the mobile app, this website, and the small services behind them (together, the “Services”).

Information we collect

• Player ID and progress. An anonymous or linked player ID used to keep progress and purchases in sync when sync is on.
• Purchases. Product identifiers and entitlement status from Apple, Google, and our billing partner (RevenueCat). We do not receive your card number.
• Support messages. The name, email, and message you send through the form on this site, or by email.
• Technical logs. Timestamps and error codes needed to run and protect the API. We do not keep extra device fingerprints.
• Usage analytics, optional. Anonymous events such as scene visits, puzzle results, hints, and purchase results. Events use your player ID. They do not include puzzle answers or your contact details. Turn this off in the app under Comfort & feel, then Usage analytics.

How we use it

• Keep progress and restore purchases
• Answer support notes
• Protect the service and fix failures
• See where players get stuck, so the walk can be clearer
• Meet legal duties

We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

We use processors such as Netlify (hosting and forms), a database for sync, and RevenueCat plus the app stores for purchases. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Retention

Progress and purchase records stay while your player ID is in use, and for a reasonable time after that so a restore still works and abuse can be checked. Support messages stay long enough to resolve the request.

Your choices

• You can finish the walk without optional purchases.
• You can delete sync data in the app under Comfort & feel, then Delete sync data. That removes the progress, purchase mirror, entitlements, and analytics events for that player ID from our servers, and clears progress on the device. A new player ID is issued. Store purchases stay with Apple or Google until you ask them for a refund. You can also write to support@playlowtide.app with your player ID.
• You can turn off usage analytics in the app. We stop collecting new events from that device.
• You can stop using the Services at any time.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). If you believe we have collected that data, contact us and we will delete it.
